The Intelligent Office is a smart new alternative to traditional offices and executive suites that combines the benefits of physical office space with the flexibility of virtual office solutions. This enables Intelligent Office customers to work from home, out on the road, or wherever else their businesses takes them while promoting a polished, professional image of themselves and their businesses. The Intelligent Office franchise gives you all of the elements of a traditional office on an on-demand basis. This includes a full spectrum of address and mail services. Office and conference rooms are available for rent by the hour, day, or week. Longer term, dedicated office rentals are also available. Our professional telephone answering service provides our clients with a dedicated phone line with voicemail and a receptionist to answer and screen their calls. Calls can be seamlessly connected to Intelligent Office customers putting them “in the office” wherever they are. Additionally, our receptionists can provide high end customer services such as appointment scheduling and confirmation, intake form completion, posting social media, booking travel reservations, managing excel spreadsheets or anything that an administrative assistant would typically do as long as it can be done from the Intelligent office location. Intelligent Office offers two business models. The IO Main model is more hands-on for the franchisee and the IO Connect is a semi-absentee or absentee model. The IO Main is our traditional model offering the full spectrum of services to the client (as described above). The IO Connect is a basic model offering all of the space-related elements of the IO Main without the technology and administrative support staff on site. The IO Connect can partner with an IO Main for services. The IO Connect is a simpler model with lower overhead and operational costs.
