Tilford’s Wood Fired Pizza create a mobile dining experience by providing fresh, hand-tossed artisan pizza. Tilford’s Franchise is the first to franchise the concept of mobile wood fired pizza. Our dough is proprietary and bakes in 90 seconds at 900 degrees. The business goes anywhere there are people and can accommodate both catering and cash events.

Our trailer is designed to be open from all four sides providing our customers with the entertainment of watching the dough be hand tossed, the toppings added and then watch the oven master work their 10” pizza in a 900 degree oven for 90 seconds. A customer’s wait time is 5 minutes to 6 minutes and even in busy time our wait time averages 15 minutes.
